Charadas (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is a charades-style party game built for Spanish-speaking players. We keep things simple and collect as little information as possible.
1. Information We Collect
- Game play data: We do not collect or store the words you play, guesses, scores, or recordings. All gameplay stays on your device.
- Account data: Charadas does not require an account or login, so we do not collect names, emails, or phone numbers.
2. Analytics
We use Mixpanel to understand how the app is used so we can improve categories and performance.
- Mixpanel receives anonymous event data such as feature taps and session counts.
- We do not send gameplay content, microphone input, or personally identifying information to Mixpanel.
- Data sent to Mixpanel is used only for product analytics and is not sold or shared for advertising.
3. Data Retention
Because gameplay stays on your device, there is no server-side storage to delete. Mixpanel retains aggregated analytics according to their standard retention to help us track app quality over time.
4. Sharing
We do not sell or rent data. Limited analytics are shared only with Mixpanel to provide product insights described above.
5. Security
Data sent to Mixpanel is transmitted over encrypted connections. Access to analytics dashboards is restricted to our team.
6. Children’s Privacy
Charadas is intended for general audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
