To use certain features of Clip It, you may need to create an account or purchase via Apple's In App Purchases and Subscriptions. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your login credentials.
4. Purchases & Subscriptions
Clip It may offer premium features through a subscription model. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to recurring billing unless canceled before the renewal date.
Payments are processed through third-party services, and we do not store your payment information.
5. Refunds
Subscriptions and purchases are managed by Apple, not the developer of Clip It, and you will need to contact them in order to inquire about a refund. If you experience billing issues, please contact admin@brightwoodapps.com.
6. User-Generated Content
Users can create and store sports highlight clips. By using the app, you confirm that you own or have rights to the content you save and share.
Clip It does not claim ownership of your videos.
7. Prohibited Content
You may not use Clip It to store or share content that is:
- Harmful, violent, or illegal.
- Defamatory, hateful, or discriminatory.
- Sexually explicit or adult content.
- Misleading or fraudulent.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts creating inappropriate content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

9. AI Features & Fair Use
Clip It may include AI-assisted features, such as automatic highlight detection. You may not misuse these features, and their use is subject to the terms of OpenAI, Anthropic, and other AI providers.

Clip It is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for lost content, app downtime, or any indirect damages related to using the app.
11. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
