Learn Telugu is designed to work without a Brightwood account and without collecting personal data through the app.
1. Information collection
Brightwood does not collect personal information, usage data, or advertising identifiers through Learn Telugu. Your lesson progress, review history, streaks, and preferences are maintained by the app on your device.
2. Audio and learning content
The app plays included Telugu pronunciation audio. Listening to lessons and completing exercises does not send your answers or learning history to Brightwood.
3. Purchases and device services
Apple processes App Store purchases and subscriptions, so Brightwood does not receive your full payment-card details. Notifications, device backups, and purchase management are controlled by your Apple settings and governed by Apple’s policies.
4. Support messages
If you contact us, we receive your email address and any information you include. We use it only to answer your request and may retain it as needed for support and ordinary business records.
5. Sharing, retention, and choices
Because Brightwood does not collect app data, we do not sell or share it. You can reset locally stored information by deleting the app. A device backup may retain app data according to your Apple backup settings.
6. Children’s privacy
Learn Telugu is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app.
